Say bonjour to "Amusant No.2," an original needlepoint artwork by me, Omotola Akinbiyi.

This is a the second is the "Amusant" series. I had so much fun making the first one that I had to come back for more. Similar to the first in the series, there was no planning involved, just the love of the craft. No.2 was definitely more challenging but dare I say, that made it a bit more fun. Again, despite the hours of meticulous work, I found so much joy in the process, earning the piece its fitting name, "Amusant," meaning "fun" in French. I  embraced spontaneity while working on this, allowing each stitch to unfold in a truly random and delightful manner, creating a work that exudes a sense of whimsy and artistic exploration.
